It was a good home base for a short stay, had excellent time. Our double room was complete with bedroom, the heating plus tea. Thanks to the welcoming staff everything was great, including plenty of decent food.

It was a particularly GOOD and fab location right by the adjoining pub/restaurant and on-site pub and bars and restaurants. Good service, though a few employees were very rude.
The setting was very busy.

Clean, original hotel with very efficient staff with pleasant manner. Very nice central and ideal location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from St James the Great Church...

Could be great for a short stay. The hotel was in a very central location even in the reception area. What's more, it was close enough to the pub, Stratford on Avon on A34 STAFF and shops.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend pause
Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, and good wi-fi made our short stay enjoyable, even though the room was a bit musty at first, it quickly improved once we opened the window.
Don't have any issues at all.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
Enjoyed a three-night stay with lovely staff making us feel welcome. The Sizzling Pub on-site offered delicious meals at great prices. Just a note, the room can get warm in summer due to limited window opening. Bring an additional fan if you're sensitive to heat!

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room and it was pretty nice. The room was clean and spacious, comfortable. The staff were really helpful, too. The only downside was that the pillows were kinda lumpy, and there was a bit of mould in the shower grout, which wasn't great.

Had a lovely stay. The attic room was bright with a nice en-suite. Plus, enjoying good food from the pub next door was a real treat.

The Beautiful Double Room offered spacious comfort with effective Wi-Fi connectivity. Located conveniently near shopping options, it made grabbing supplies easy and hassle-free.
The noise from corridor doors slamming was constant, especially right at the entrance. The attached pub/diner often closed early, leaving guests without after-hours dining options, which could lead to disappointed plans. Lastly, the decor feels rather dated, prompting a bit of a longing for modernization rather than just a fresh coat of paint.

The room was sparkling clean and had a cozy corner with a tea/coffee maker. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the free parking was a great bonus.
Nothing major to complain about.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and i really loved how clean and quiet the place was. The location is also really convenient with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. Parking was free, a total win! Even tho they don't serve breakfast, there are good options just a short walk away.
But the pillows were kinda lumpy and uncomfortable, hard to sleep well. There was some mould in the shower grout, a bit gross.

Great stay, just a little gross!
The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The car park was free (just log your reg at check-in), and we got a fab breakfast at a nearby Wetherspoons. The mattress protection was stained, a bit of a letdown. Otherwise, clean room and comfy bed!

Great location for families!
We stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Triple Room. The area was super quiet, and everything you need is just a few steps away, Aldi, Costa, you name it! The rooms were comfy and had a fan and hairdryer, handy. Breakfast at Saracens Head was cheap and tasty. Just wish the parking situation was clearer.
